We are happy to kickstart the ORGANIC agility webinar series, which will cover specific ORGANIC agility topics with speakers well known in the industry. Some of the topics include organizational culture, leadership behaviors and archetypes, connecting strategy and culture, the importance of leadership behaviors and other subjects. And of course above all, how to keep organizations resilient.

The first webinar will take place on January 31st, at 9:00 am (Central Europan Time). Together with Christina Kiehl of Congstar, we will discuss Organizational Archetypes, a key element in the ORGANIC agility toolbox.

The audience will be able to interact using a text-based chat to ask questions and make comments.

Archetypes are a high-level representation of converging leadership attitude, organizational culture and organizational design. They create a language that can be used to create coherence and reflect on how to evolve towards more coherent states, without removing the right amount of diversity. They can be used to understand the current state and identify which capabilities can be leveraged to increase the level of autonomy within the organization.
